Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaxDelinquency.com and its related property-search API, MCP server, and AI integrations (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Money Moves LLC, doing business as TaxDelinquency.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service provides
The Service searches and presents delinquent-property-tax records compiled from official Texas county public records. Coverage, available fields, and update frequency vary by county. We are an independent service, not a county tax office or government agency.
The Service provides research information. It does not sell properties, accept tax payments, resolve tax debts, arrange payment agreements, or file legal documents.
2. Verify records before acting
Records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. A listed tax balance, owner, litigation status, or payment-plan status may have changed. A missing result does not establish that a property has no delinquent taxes. A property appearing in the database is not necessarily for sale or scheduled for foreclosure.
Verify current information directly with the relevant county tax office and other official sources before contacting an owner or making a financial, legal, or investment decision.
3. No professional advice
Results are not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for obtaining professional advice when needed.
4. Responsible use
You may use the Service for lawful research, subject to these terms. You must not:
- Use records to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
- Use contact information for outreach that violates applicable privacy, marketing, telephone, email, or consumer-protection laws.
- Represent that you act for a county office, Money Moves LLC, or TaxDelinquency.com without authorization.
- Bypass access controls or rate limits, disrupt the Service, or attempt to access credentials or nonpublic systems.
- Misrepresent the source, currency, or completeness of results, or present AI-generated conclusions as official county findings.
5. AI platforms and third-party services
You may access the Service through ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible client. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and fees. Our property-search access is currently free; any fees charged by your chosen AI provider are separate.
AI systems can misunderstand requests, omit information, or generate inaccurate summaries. Check outputs against returned records and official sources. Availability of an integration does not imply endorsement by its platform provider.
6. Availability and access limits
We may apply usage limits, change supported features or county coverage, and interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the operation of the Service.
7. Public records and our materials
County records remain subject to applicable public-records laws and any rights or restrictions that apply to their sources. These terms do not assert exclusive ownership of the underlying public records. Our website design, branding, and original materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Public source-code availability does not override the license accompanying that code.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Public property-owner information in county records is distinct from information about people who use the Service. Your AI provider’s handling of your conversations is governed by that provider’s policies.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Money Moves LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated source records, AI-generated outputs, third-party platform failures, or decisions you make in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the Service.
